Do you have a resource you can recommend whether it's a YouTube vid, book, or article?

We did this with spreadsheets on all the places we made offers on.

People who are doing subject to with those kinds of resources are unicorns.

Current lender is Chase and they do not offer HELOCs.No real interest in Home Equity Loans as they are not as flexible as a line of credit.Looking forward to the convo!

The MLS is the best resource to gauge ARV if you filter correctly.

Sorry, no, I don't know anyone offering a template who has captured all these 2024 updated requirements. 

While I understand the concepts nothing beats seeing these deals in action.I would be grateful for the opportunity and am happy to offer my assistance in conducting research, organizing materials, or handling administrative tasks in return.
