Neighbors had pictures of those guys and stories of wrongdoings but, cops left with advice for me to initiate the legal process, they can't do much about it unless they catch them stealing or doing any wrongdoing.I got my LegalShield plan and tomorrow scheduled to get the handover of keys and accounting details from my ex-PM.

I’d also not give a detailed quote, only a summary of what would be done and a single price at the end.

I’d say definitely sell except for one tricky detail... hard to find inventory to buy these days so you might be sitting on that cash for a while.
