Insurance would cover it, I would pay the deductible, and no assets would be lost.If you are in an area like San Diego where people are more likely to sue, a judge is more likely to find you guilty, and the payout is expected to be higher, you may consider an umbrella insurance policy.

When I went down till then there was no water and I just realized that sump pump in corner wouldn’t run without electricity and there was no battery but I assumed that electricity will be back and it will be fine but within half an hour before I left basement water started overflowing from sump pump.

Ive also researched here about covering 5 units to 4 and some have referenced you can change a 5 unit to a 4 or have it in your plans and still get an approval...But others say no

I'm sharing my opinion with my buyers when we're in the house.But I'm not every agent, and there's no shortage of bad agents out there who don't share their opinions, can't ballpark a room size and don't have the experience to recognize that no, a king WON'T fit in this room.I'm also super frugal, and shocked at the prices for staging.

My neighbor said on a face book town page - she was thinking of putting the house up for sale- She did not really did not want anyone in the house because she is a hoarder & had her special needs son living in the basement apt- with NO egress window ( against fire code) / I told her we could do the deal with lawyers - and save money on real estate agents (at that time the seller paid all commissions) How did you finance this deal?
