Is the realtor your best friend’s nephew’s daughter’s mom recommended getting frustrated with your multiple low ball offers?

for multiple properties over $1.6 million in back taxes....Of course I will consult an attorney - but before I do I wanted feedback on whether to pursue any further.  

You see, we didn't put an offer down with the idea of someday owning multiple properties, or managing a variety of tenants.

I have read multiple books, listened to podcasts, read blogs/posts, and spoke with a few individuals and I am in the process of developing my plan.

You can't have multiple contracts on the same property therefore, write one contract between you and the four owners and have all four sign agreeing to the terms of the contract.

We went through multiple extensions and I thought for sure the seller would back out.  

Put down minimum downpayments on multiple properties and hold?

Is there anyone here that has had success buying multiple condos, or should I save even more money to buy a single family?

It's also good if you plan to e-mail multiple colleagues at once.  

Even on institutionally held deals, the CAP rates aren't necessarily transferable (i.e. a large REIT might be able to drive down the cost of insurance considerably bc they are insuring multiple properties across multiple states and get lower costs on portfolios).
