You really would need to also provide State and type of property to get any useful recommendations.There are many more companies that would be willing to insure properties with aluminum wiring if the wiring is properly mitigated

It's those maniacs that buy homes cash via quit claim deed off of craigslist that really get screwed.Make sure your property manager is a licensed real estate brokerage.Understand you can not eliminate all risk, only mitigate it.

Often, the newer homes are built up higher (on more dirt fill) which naturally raises the home's elevation thus mitigating the flood risk and the insurance cost.

Hey @Marcia Lynn Zigler,From what I've experienced with my clients doing this, is timing everything to hopefully close at around the same time and mitigating fees/costs.For the timing aspect, between application, appraisal, underwriting, and everything else, there are just a lot of moving parts to time up.
