I've contacted the seller realtors on a couple of properties, but seem so wrapped up in selling their current listings, that they can't see they're going to miss an opportunity to discount today, and 'make it up in volume' by dealing with a serious investor.Also... always interested in doing lunch / beers / networking with like-minded Investors - Rathskeller or similar (ideas?)

I've been able to find roughly 1/month without investing time or money into my own marketing, but there is a definitely ceiling if I'm relying solely on the MLS and wholesalers.I'm hoping that with a three-pronged approach, with 3 streams of leads coming into my business, I can find 36 deals in a year.So 3 primary questions around marketing through mailers come to mind:1.

AMFAM is the one that says all perils on their elite package (but it was $150 higher).. so there is $150 difference.. may be for a peace of mind, I shouldn’t worry about $150 higher one

Keep in mind you'll probably have to pay your own moving costs at the end of your lease anyway so moving early is more of an inconvenience than an expense.
