Tenant moved out and one of the rooms he replaced the carpet as his daughter damaged it, but the problem is carpet color is not matching or close match with rest of the carpet in the house.I got quote for carpet (close match to rest of the house) and labor and ready to replace, but new tenants moved in and they are not willing to deal with the change, they are fine with the carpet.What kind of charges I can put on old tenant?

refis  are pretty standard these days.appraisal  loan to a certain ARV.. bank sends out appraiser  you hope for the best .. then its your DTI and fico.. if those all match up you get your refi.. or you just sell this property get your cash back if you broke even that's a HUGE win.. if you lose a little like mentioned above this is tuition fee …

The reason I say that is I had a tree fall through the roof of my condo garage and the association still hasn't matched the cedar siding color and downspouts (since next year they're replacing everything).

I recently flipped a house in North Texas for my mother in law & my score went from 800 to 600 & is almost back now at 790.I also use credit card sign up bonuses & promotions to buy silver at a 25% discount & get 15 months no interest to pay it off.I have good credit lines but not many places I could buy a property with credit cards besides maybe Detroit & I won’t want to.
