how is the housing market in Ohio?

Things are a bit slower on the retail end, but prices haven't really slumped as they were never inflated to start with.

I had the 540I before that and it was decently fast for a V8 that still got good gas mileage, but compared to the M5 it is a bit slow.It will kill any stock Mustang GT, Camaro Z28, Trans Am, etc so it is well within the muscle car category for speed, yet it is refined, quiet inside, and you can get a nice used one for under 28-30K.I would never pay the retail on one at 70K+ though, I'm too frugal to ever buy a new car.I've had the Vipers, Ferrari 355's, etc and love this M5 better than all of them.Drove the Caddy CTS-V too and liked it, but it didn't have the feel of breadth that an M5 has around corners.

Who flips REO Properties

The words nothing and anything confuse me, as the articles talk about straw buyers, fictitious purchase funds, inflated appraisals, cash out at closing etc.Exactly what went on in a massive scale in CA during the boom. However none of this applies to the potential problem with a short sale or REO flip.Best to consult with your Attorney as Stephani mentioned.

If you don't carry a gun

I've killed wild boar with 30-06 rifles, .44 mag pistols and knives and the knife kills are far faster than any of the gun kills as they induce massive blood loss far more efficiently than a gun kill.

Is this Legitimate Wholesaling?

For example, a seller might opt for a lower price in exchange for a quicker sale, but if you're just posting retail on CL, you can't really promise or assure that it will be quicker than if he had worked with you.I imagine a flex option contract would be the ethical thing to do (so as not to tie in the seller), and perhaps a little cash to show your good faith intentions.
