I know how difficult it is working crazy hours, I work for a local plumbing company and usually put in 8-10hr a day sometimes 10-13hrs and I have a 2 year old son and a second one due in March, I know how it feels to just want to be home and grow with the family, but hope nothing but the best for you brother. 

I expect it to keep growing because in queries are going to dissappear around March along with other improving factors.

If you can get back out on the market just as people are getting their tax returns in late Feb/early March, that's a great time to sell.

I have been looking to buy and getting ready to buy since last march but bought a house at auction in October before I bought this house.  

The idea is that I want to be able to march down the list for any given deal so that I don't need to second guess what the next step is.
