But to answer your question you report income the same way you would with any other 1099 position.

My question is if there is a secondary lien against the property was it satisfied during the sheriffs sale or will it just move up to first lien position upon exemption?

As security for the seller, I would then of course put her in 1st position lien holder with a mortgage.

RealtyShares has some positive features, including pretty good volume.

A sale will extend the time to get the house boarded up or renovated.I am not familiar with Probates and it seems they have let this house get into a bad position.

@Shiloh Lundahl Glad you brought this up...my position is counterintuitive to what 95% of investors base investment decisions on (cash flow).
