Hey guys i have a question about refinancing... i have a deal now 110 k condo i running the number this is a olace with no equity but i cash flow i can get $1800 market rate and  section 8 around $2000protpey tax 1500 annual 250 hoa snd now depending on the loan now my question how can i get my money back and which loan or mortgage to take if i put 20% 20% down??

Wanted to see what my best options are in this situation:I want to borrow 200-250K as a NRA(non resident alien) with no credit history, to invest in a syndication deal.I have a rental property that’s owned free and clear worth around 750-800K so in case of a cash out refi my LTV would remain low.It would be a short term loan: 2.5 to 3 years at most before I pay it back.

Caveat here is that it is possible if you put down a large down payment.Some angles to consider here are properties with lots of bedrooms which you could rent out by the room, or larger lots that you could improve (ADU) and force appreciation on.
