We're to the point now where we need 3-4 more guys, and an assistant for my gc literally just to make phone calls and pick up materials.

Case in point: my Alma mater is literally 10x the cost from when I attended...graduates are not 10x richer, happier, etc. 

They have my LLC Docs, proof of income and digital signatures all uploaded to my profile, I can click "submit offer" and literally place an offer on a property.

Yeah, I'm moving stuff from storage and buying kitchen crap 2nd hand, but we'll literally turn $700 into an additional $3600 per year for years to come. 

I am a very literal person.

That has also helped me a lot as well as I've done just about every kind of renovation on my own homes over the years, or been involved with the contractors doing the work as I managed it.I also just bought the Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties literally a few minutes ago, so looking forward to learning more from that as well.

Can you literally just walk up to a nest and turn the air up or down?

The last house was exasperating every (9) old destroyed door was a different size (sometimes by just 3/8),  so I had to literally cut each slab to fit.

My brother and sister were hard up for cash (their part of the inheritance) and literally begged us to buy the house.
