Together as a team, we feel confident and are ready to take action into securing our family’s financial future.We have seen a lot of debate about whether becoming licensed as a real estate agent/broker/realtor is necessary, but because we both are in this together, we have decided that my wife will be the one to become licensed, eliminating having to hire an outside agent, killing two birds with one stone.

I'm looking for information and guidance on getting my RE License over there, and hopefully a lead for part-time work.

Hi All,  looking for some advice....I have a current WI real estate license.

My biggest concern for you is to make sure your property manager is licensed.

Does Massachusetts require that I put anything else on the card ie... license number, broker address, etc?

I am working on getting my real estate license here in Colorado to help further my real estate investing.

Final thoughts - get at least two contractors to give you a bid and make sure the contractor you hire is licensed and has a positive history of good work.   

So, if someone here finds that of value, perhaps we could trade some knowledge for some media work.I'm exploring getting my real estate license.
