New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :) Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area?

For your first property, I recommend getting a property manager or having boots on the ground if you're investing out-of-state.

If you have cash, maybe you can even partner with them and learn at the same time.And, lastly, a lot of real estate agents, but not all, have dabbled in real estate investing.
