Most of my experience is with trailers made before approximately the early 1990s, so newer ones may be different.From what I've seen, the stuff that was installed at the factory is usually done right, but the things that were installed when the trailer was put on the lot vary a lot more in quality. 

We will be adding value to the deal by having a prefabricated shipping container home delivered and installed in one day.

I've seen people purchase and install them themselves and they look fantastic.

REFINISH, OR NEW INSTALL ?

Once the plumbing is finished (usually goes smoother before drywall/carpet so they can access walls/floors) I'm sure there are a plethora of drywall companies and carpet companies you can line up to get those items installed.

I need to replace the floor and paint the interior house (walls, trip, 2 doors) The contractor that I worked with him until now raised his prices dramatically and I would like to create a benchmark for me in order to make sure I'm not overpayingI like to ask you from your experience, how much should cost installation of the vinyl floor (materials and work) for 1 sqftAnd how much should cost regular interior paint: (walls, trip, 2 doors)  for 720sqft.

Have any of you tried the IKEA showroom kitchens with installation in a rental?

I have completed the kitchen, and installed wood flooring through out and two other bathrooms are complete.
