I am currently working in the airline industry and I'm totally new to the real estate field and I was talking with a friend who has got me interested so I did some research and came across "bigger pockets" they say it's supposed to help you gain all of the knowledge you need to know about the business, so I'm currently navigating and going to be listening to podcasts to try and enlighten myself on real estate as much as I can.Thanks for reading :)

I am a newbie to the industry and very reluctant when it comes to disclosing personal information.

I am 22 years old, and I have been working in the finance industry since I graduated from college(18 months ago) Originally, I was looking to house hack a 3 family home. 

Between oil/gas, tech, telecom, space, military contracting, and other strong industries, we are doing very well.

There are TONS of scams in this industry.

This is what I am encountering, in the current Mortgage Industry.

Unfortunately, there is no industry standard for how rebuilding estimates are determined and companies are not regulated to a single style.  

I am currently in the construction industry but am in the process of getting my real estate license, hopefully within the next week.

I graduated in May of 2015 and have been working in the industry for the last 2 years.
