Could we implement a feature where we can save that thread or even individual POST in our "favorites" section?

I've implemented it on several of my properties and I have a few more in the works.

@Sergio Castillo - that is what I have implemented - land trust with the LLC as beneficiary.

I have definitely considered and now begun to implement what you mentioned above.  

Currently I’m planning to implement it in the orchard garden the rest I will manage myself.

The cost of implementing sub-metering will depend on how the property is plumbed (i.e. is there already a separate run to each unit from a mechanical room; are their T-lines running down the centre of each floor; or does the plumbing wander from one unit to the next (common in larger homes that have been converted into multiple units).  

@Bradley Scruggs you would do very well to implement this strategy.  

Some of the surrounding cities have done a poor job of implementing POS - South Euclid and Garfield are examples of that.  

It is because of idiots like these "investors" and I use that term loosely... that Maryland has one of the most stringent Pre-Foreclosure and Foreclosure laws in the country... and I believe 11 other states have seen the "light" and implemented their own version of this law.Why can't investors just be ethical?
