.- I've gotten better at determining who is likely to actually take action and who is likely to return the favor, and I'll certainly spend more time and effort on those people than I will on everyone else, but I'm always happy to help people because it WILL come back to me in some way, shape or form.All that said, when I'm learning and implementing something new where I don't have much of a competitive advantage (yet), I may not share everything I know, because there is always the risk of someone using the information to get a head-start on me, which I don't want to risk.
