What about lawyers and accountants, are these things to consider on an ongoing basis or as needed?

In my area, everybody and their mom is an agent or lawyer.

Tell them that you can no longer pay (don't stop paying on the mortgage without consulting a lawyer) and you need to get that adjustable rate loan down to a manageable fixed rate.

From the 6 different lawyers I have spoken to, it seems he may win and I don’t know what I will do.

I caught him outside one day and I told him that he had no idea the can of worms he was opening and that he should expect a letter from my lawyer any day.

I am from Sydney, Australia and am looking for some helpful advice in regards to building a team i.e Accountant, Real Estate Lawyer, Real estate agent, Tax Specialist etc etc.

I'm currently looking for a Real Estate lawyer who can convert my duplex to Condo, I've had firm in Houston who offered $6800-$8000. 

Are there any others with similar experiences or any lawyers familiar with Florida law that can help me?

I'd bet everything I own that there's a swarm of COVID-chasing lawyers gearing up to sue Realtors, sellers, landlords, store owners and anybody else they can sink their teeth into.Check to see if your state/county/town is even allowing open houses. 

But i first need to find a lawyer and an reliable account :(
