If you can reliably find deals that net $100,000+ with spending "far less than $195,000" why are you on this website?  

I just noticed on my banks website that the court deposited my check for the Writ so it looks like it worked.

Another deciding factor.Few days went by, I checked the website and to my surprise it showed that someone had put in an application.

@Alec Saenz,Check the local government tax assesor's website to see if you can find out more information about the property, maybe even the owner's name.If you can get the owner information, you can take the approach of sending a handwritten letter asking the owner if he/she is willing to sell the house.
