With the exception of the master, which will be fully tiled, have a walk-thru rain shower, jacuzzi tub, dual vanity (not sure of vanity tops), all baths are molded plastic with tile floors and decent vanities.

That said, there are some additional deductions that can be had just by running a business flipping houses:- Deduct any educational tools- Deduct any real tools- Deduct mileage on your car for work travel- Deduct home office (if you have a dedicated one)- Deduct health-related expenses, including insurance premiums (there are limitations)- Deduct equipment that you use in your home officeI'm sure I'm missing dozens of good deductions that you're afforded just by running a business -- though few (if any) are going to be specific to flipping houses.

True vandalism like "tagging" walls with paint, taking a hammer to cabinets, toilets, tubs, doors etc. is pretty easy to identify.

In order for a tenant to get the water put in their name, they must show a lease agreement, then the water dept checks for a dwelling permit, if there isn't one, they contact the health dept and all hell breaks loose.

My thrones kind of block the tub soo one has to skirt around the throne, not so nice after a shower.Just go to Burger King and get a pile of crowns and place a few on the back of the water tank for folks to wear when they sit:)
