@Heshel Mangel if you've inspected, talked to the local health department, and have a history of construction or pumping you're good...in theory.

My cleaner says her fee will go up 50 dollars when I add a hot tub for its maintenance. 

If not, make a list of 10 cities and begin to investigate them to look at the health of their local economies.

There's no health insurance, no 401k, no salary or hourly wage.

Of course they will lie just like they do on their health insurance enrollment forms.

If the tubs are stained, mildew removal, filthy toilet, grease all over kitchen, etc., then they will list , Standard Cleaning, $90, Excessive cleaning including .... 

Note before I moved in the floor was vacuum but there was a sweat stain on the wall, tons of short black hairs in the bathroom tub, and a toilet paper behind the toilet (suggesting floor wasn't swept).

If you need to take out a jacuzzi tub well.... there are a dozen videos on it.

Don't use a one piece tub, it will be a pain if there is damage to the surround.
