There is a moving clause where they would remove the system for free or transfer to the new owner.

@Dan Heuschele part of the reason we have a housing shortage is NIMBYism so I understand why the choice has been removed.

Check your lease for co-tenancy clause or language similar that will let you reduce rents, remove guarantees etc. if a certain percentage of the center goes dark or an anchor plus out.
