I built about 35 homes in Hood River a few years back that town is booming.. fix and refi would be quite good there.. and if its allowed Airbnb would rock 6 months of the year or so.. just advertise in wind surfer magazine.. plus its a really cute town.. 

Boho everything, macrame hammock, brand new build Modern Mex, exposed rock etc. etc.

We removed the sheet rock in an area large enough to fit a 2x4 into that space.

I use Lion Rock and they manage over 100 units for me.

My very skilled, carpenter husband installs cabinets builds our custom counters $50-$75 and our painter does Daich lux rock kit finish ($225).
