Probably have to get that from water department or water provider....there you're looking for properties that have meters, but don't have service.I always say if you're trying to get these from government or semi-government entities directly...go in person....don't call....90% of the time in my experience if you call, they are quick to say no...or try to get rid of you.

First if the deal is really good for you I would sign a deal with contingency to close in January 2021, reason for the federal government eviction moratorium will expire 12/31/2020 but that’s not saying they will issue an extension.
