If I can net 8% in my passive stock portfolio (this is an example average), then it's hard for me to want to work so much harder for 5% in my property investment.Again, this is based on my primary goal of cash flow.  

Lately, it's same day...in the past was when there was a delay but I think they've upped their game when the transfers stay inside Chase.   

Im in middle GA wanting to make a name for myself in this real estate game by any means necessary. 

Of course, especially while having a regular 9-5 to get up and go to every day but I was committed and I still am to my goal of creating a rental portfolio that can help me eventually achieve financial freedom.
