Looking for the best washer/dryer machine company in the San Antonio, TX area for an 80 unit complex preferably someone other than coinmach?

ozone machine is used in hotels, after a fire, basically helps neutralize offensive odors. you may be able to rent one at equipment place.Machine is on a timer, you set it leave and 12 to 24 hours later go in and see if it needs another treatment.

If I could go back in the rewind machine I probably would have bought that house which would have started me down the path on real estate five years earlier.

(I also thought of street parking spaces and laundry machine use as 2 other examples of household affects.)

Without having the "marketing machine" in place, it is tough to find leads on the MLS alone.

I would definitely recommend BiggerPockets podcasts # 28 and 211, NoteMBA podcasts, Note Buying Cash Machine podcast, and then setting up keyword alerts here on BP for "NPL", "Note Investing", etc.  

Jonathan Twombly I think that many folks see no immediate returns on their efforts, so the level of effort diminishes over time, and we lose out on the critical mass that is needed to really begin to see the fruits of our labor (and efforts) start to show themselves in marketing and RE investing as a whole...so the point about consistently feeding the machine is a big one.
