For example, a double pane window with a small crack on one side may be something a regular tenant might not even notice, but your Section 8 agency might force you to repair.I try not to buy in markets where Section 8 is the only way you find a qualified tenant.

I know I've seen a few ad-hoc stories about for example rents increasing through crashes as people are forced to downsize, but I'm not sure I've come across a solid data source that would show this type of thing.Especially if you could drill down into specific markets.
