I would never recommend people mix finances and /or share mortgage when they are not married.

Hey everyone first time posting on here so still new to the page, I’m just very curious on what option I have on getting some lending on homes that I currently own.

I just feel I don't have a lot of options so I'm really conflicted on what to do.  

You should research STC rating options.

I would try to avoid it on your very first deal but plan your exit right with multiple options.

Reach out if you want to chat through some of these options. - Have you run the calculations for your monthly cashflow and rents for the area?

I connected with another investor that owns one (MTR) next to mine and they said they do really good you just have to make sure the property looks very nice.Another option could be looking into doing a padsplit. 

You will get the best financing.

If you have the option to do it for 200 bucks, I'd say that's a good deal.
