I suggest looking into an HP LaserJet Pro printer; it's given me no trouble since I purchased it, and some of them are priced in the $100-$150 range. 

Got a bit lucky on timing, but it's just a nice no-trouble passive investment that gives us optionality for the future!

He wasn't willing to divulge anything positive or negative but the question is, could I get in trouble for disclosing this information to the real landlord about his tenants since it wasn't technically disclosed to me. 

I am just having trouble finding them.

Vacant properties are trouble waiting to happen, so all the better if they want to move in a few days early.

I have always looked across that fence-line and longed to own the property next door as well (apparently the story goes that the owners of my house built the little house next door for their daughter, then sold off the land/house at some point along the way) so that I could control any possible design/build on the next door property in a way that would maintain value for both properties.

If the app is giving trouble just have them use the keypad.

I could easily hire a lawyer with the accumulated savings from not using a PM, but was hoping it isn't that complicated and once we learn the system on this first eviction it won't be as much trouble in the future.  

Two years after I bought it the tenants get asked if they are the new fence or if they are selling.And the one apartment was hard to rent. 

And for those in troubled waters, what have they tried doing to help?
