I talked about features that made me want to live there and used CL and Hotpads.com to get rental comps.  

Luckily for a new investor like myself I do have this right off the bat, so I'm very grateful to have found it.Also the blogs sometimes are featured on the newsletter or Facebook page.Hopefully we can do some deals down the road!

I think as a free member you have access to the Blogs, and many of the other great features. 

My buyers love the idea of including green features but few want to pay the higher price to have it.

Steve, I think you hit the wrong button on Shawn's post, the new feature available would have been more appropriate. :)

With this new lignore feature I just hope Bill G doesn't ignore me!
