I am entering in the correct criteria for the other sections, but I 'fear' that I will not get an accurate analysis if the purchase/down payment sections are not entered correctly. 

However, don't overthink yourself into oblivion, take strategic action, ask questions, let the fear of the unknown motivate you to continually push yourself to be better, and find your first investment property!
