I feel so late to the party, but also so thankful to have found Bigger Pockets while my wife and I were presented with a big (to us) multifamily opportunity a few months ago.

Would also love to connect with some agents and lenders  in that area.

Tenants were bought out due to COVID eviction moratorium, asset then received cosmetic renovations and was leased up to a rent roll of over $16,000 before being sold for $1,350,000.

Most did, and most still do, but it was never a requirement. 

Getting everything set up and researching as well as connecting with great contractors and mentors to get ready for my first flip.

Let people know where you need help and investors in those cities, in most cases There are a lot of good people here who will try and help if they can and will do so without taking advantage of you.
