Hello Investors/Contractors, I have a 32 unit apartment building in Pine Bluff AR, 3 minutes from the University and I am looking for any recommendations on handy-men, contractors, dry wall guys, painters, flooring guys, etcThe building needs a complete rehab, may include some framing re-work as well.

Some people (Clayton Morris) make it seem so simple and estimate rehab costs from 20-25k which includes a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, boiler, water tank, windows, dry wall, paint, carpets/flooring, etc.

Per applicant they got into a bad lease (a news article also said this ) for a building that needed costly upgrades and maintenance, for which they were responsible, that sucked them dry.
