Roof is 2 years old, HVAC, Furnace, and Water heater are about 5 years old (if I remember correctly).I'll reach out to some property managers and see what they say too.

You can stand on back porch and fish in it if it was a pond with little fish in it but we have had to replace all the sewer lines from trailer house to tank and to lagoon and replace and fix other water lines out side hydrantsbit all this has happen and nothing ever has been said about us paying any thing again.

You can make disenfecting solution yourself so you dont need wipes which are terrible for our septic and waste systems....make a bleach and water spray 1/100 dilution.

Water had ran from the 2nd floor so I had to redo the ceiling on the first floor, redo the floors, new granite counter tops, SS appliances, and had to redo the basement.
