,I don't disagree with you and as I said, Dodd-Frank won't impact me and my investing.But, if it did and I were wanting to figure out how to 'live' with it or more to the point, kick it to the curb as far as my business was concerned, I'd first be most interested to learn which firm lobbied for it and who they were representing.

Jon is 100% correct about his comments on the buyers (Jon and I seemingly disagree a bit on the “necessity†of the HUD1)As I said in a different thread you posted here – and as Jon stated here – if your buyers have a problem with you making money then find new buyers.I have a funny feeling that you don’t feel right about the money your making and your projecting on the buyer.

It is very difficult to compete with these "jacklegs" and it is entirely unfair.The uncollected taxes nationwide, statewide, county and locally is enormous.I entirely disagree with you in every sense of the word.

Question is also, is that common for the area, how long is the rental history and expected use.I would disagree with viewing it as a residential and simply adding a factor as to rents, or decreasing holding costs by the rents since ownership rights, possession, is foregone during rental periods so the value as to residence would also be less.
