In the markets where it's down, it comes down to whether your property fits what the ideal customer is looking for from a lot size, home size, amenities, and price.

Idaho is incredible and frankly one of the only areas I feel safe investing due to the reasons you mentioned.

In fact, many many customers from Evolve and Vacasa are leaving and switching to companies like mine due to low bookings and other issues.
