Anyone have experience with 1 bedroom vs 2 on FF?

I know it's probably nothing for a long term tenant but this particular unit will be short term only and would imagine people pay a premium for the experience.

What is your experience in transferring the title to an LLC?

So can't do any short or medium term until the lease is up which is April next year.I have been thinking about about 1031 exchange as well but I will have to be ok taking a considerable loss on both properties.

I used a out of network realtor and had a good experience and success.We have had great success at ocean lakes and love the atmosphere it has, water parks, ocean etc sounds like you have already started researching it's qualities.
