U can still see those large blocks off land grants in northern CA in their original configuration.Of course out west we survey most every thing on Base line and meridian starting at a certain point..

But yes always ask for more when getting numbers on a property. 

Analyze your deals carefully, ensuring the property generates positive cash flow and returns on investment.

You are playing a fine line this close to the extended date though.

This gives me some boots on the ground.

The only way I understand this is if the LTV on the appraisal is ~$25k short of what you owe on the loan.
