What the owner I managed for did, was he used the same color paint for all his properties, and when a tenant moved out, he'd just paint from the floor up to wherever he had to do any patching for nail holes.

By the time you recoup it, the new color will be something else.The only upgrade really worth doing, in my opinion, is laminate or wood flooring.

I'm up there in years now and I've seen fads come and go, and have dealt with different landscape issues and pests and dust flingers and accent walls, and many different types of decor and colors that all went out of style almost as quickly as the stainless steel appliances and gray walls went up....oh, I meant avocado green, no wait, I meant gray and stainless steel are the new avocado green....Anyway, if you want to go with timeless and save money in the long run, you can't go wrong with white and clean, in my opinion.

Going an inch wide and a mile deep is a more colorful and engaging way of saying that it would be wise to pick a very specific target market and a niche.Unless you have money to burn, you are better off choosing a specific target market and drilling down.

(layout issue).Kitchen: Looks like a break room in commercial setting...tiny amount of cabinets in a Huge vertical and huge horizontal space (layout issue).And the Hugeness of the space seems to be amplified by the color white on everything.I also wonder if KC is a big "Loft" town, like NYC is, or do the customers there prefer more mainstream apartments with amenities and standard apartment layouts?
