It's best to find one you see as a good fit, not necessarily in your area.

There's no one-size-fits-all methodology.

This singled them out from the rest of the houses in the neighborhood, which either had enclosed garages (fits fewer cars) or they had fenced yards with no parking.The smaller comp had more luxury amenities.

Since he moved there, he has aged in reverse *fast*, at least a decade has come off his face and he's looking trim, fit and healthy again.

I haven't found any tool that can find 'all' as much of the time the reporting of data by the county/ municipality can differ and many times the tools are built one size fits all.Good luck!

I wouldn't hunt for them specifically, just treat it as a bonus if the rest of the property and main home fit your general requirements.
