I am going through the pre licensing courses/ process now.My rough plan, as of current, is to begin flipping homes in desirable residential areas nearby and then move to flipping in the mountain/vacation setting.

It's probably on you to pay for the plumber one more time.....but if the plumber finds the clog is due to this tenant, then it should be on him IMO...What if the plumber is able to push whatever is causing the clog through?

I gave an interview to Axios last month where I walked them through how this would actually increase commissions.I'm also purchasing Compass stock, as I believe they will be the big winner financially from the fallout of this.
