The city made a terrible mistake and mixed up the addresses and said it was zoned for a 4 plex.

I grew up in center country rooting for the Steelers, and feel at home when my travels take me to the steel city. 

If that fails, I'd likely have to hire an attorney to assist with eviction as I've been fortunate enough to avoid having to evict anyone to this point.Has anyone dealt with squatters in NY, outside of the city?

They are probably one of the slowest cities to work with for this type of thing. 

I find the property values higher than I prefer, plus this city doesn't really fit some of my criteria. 

As an out of state investor myself getting a solid team together is important but at the same time spending time yourself in those cities to understand the nuances of each of the areas as well as your risk tolerance is also going to be important.  

I'm always curious when I see people moving to our Expensive and yet exciting City, and of course, the best Borough in NYC (I'm just a little biased)!

The SFH is outside the city limits and taxes are much cheaper and the condo regime fee is a killer.The condo is vacant right now and in good shape to sell.

If someone is visiting the city as a tourist they are not going to be sitting around watching TV.Good wifi is an absolute must.

I invest in the City of Wilmington (very different than the surrounding suburb).
