I googled his name and all the websites associated with him and "real estate VAs" look like they're shut down.  

Most common problems Account Closed are putting a band-aid on a bullet hole when it comes to repairs, trying to 'make it work' with tenants who are always a slow pay and tenants not knowing how their homes work (i.e. change AC filters, clean condensers, where water shut off is,) and things the tenants can do to avoid repairs.

But instead, for that cabin specifically I am shutting it down and winterizing until this cold spell is through.

So for people who have invested in Tax properties in the state of Alabama how are you keeping up with the status of your ejectment cases that took place prior to the court house shutting down due to covid-19.

If the bill is in your name and you plan on charging the tenant, great - but if they don't pay, you cannot shut it off.
