A couple months ago it got up to knee height, and it wasn't until my dad pushed a mower over there that they did anything.Any suggestions for lawn care policy?

i had a similar situation with a with couple and child on disability.They had the cash for the first month and security had great stories of why they had to leave there last place The bottom line that was last full payment I ever got Luckily I was able to offer some cash for keys
