My real estate agent brought it to me and negotiated from inspections.How did you finance this deal?

I was looking in B-/C neighborhoods and my agent brought me a deal in North Linden that looked good.

I told my property manager that and a few days later he brought me a 20 unit, off market deal for $1.2m from one of his other clients.

Ended up bumping from 235 to 236k because the city mandated inspection (TISH) brought up some repairs that the seller had to take care of before the sale.How did you finance this deal?

One of the other investors at the showing had brought properties from this particular wholesaler in the past.

I've not had a single house in 70 purchases brought to me by a RE agent.
