Mail is a great way to do this, and you should work with a list broker to get the right list.You should consider mailing to people who aren’t in every other investor’s sites.

If the developer's Purchase Agreement allows, you could have a Realtor list your townhouse on the MLS for sale.Otherwise, some Brokers belong to several hidden or secret Facebook groups in which we can advertise properties for assignment sale.

I think the first step is choosing a market and then reaching out to realtors, mortgage brokers, property managers, contractors, lawyers, banks, etc. in the area.
