Searching MLS, I've found many two-family houses in central/south NJ under $200K which would fit my needs.While taking these first steps into learning about REI, I've rediscovered a love of design and architecture I've long held.

While I guess that may be true if you plan on trying to get in without a Marketing Campaign or attempting to stand out from everyone else doing the same exact thing, which to me would seem like you would get very little if any lasting success but I could be wrong.So my question is this, Starting out as a wholesaler would I be using my time more efficiently lets say:Working with a contracting company full time, saving for a bigger budget towards a marketing campaign, Branding myself, ect, ect.

Investing money with someone requires a great deal of trust and due diligence, and building your reputation, brand, and network are the keys.Another thought - I recently saw a car driven by an investor here in LA that had advertising on it for his business.

I really like door hangers - as much for branding as for direct response (i.e. don't bank on a high response rate, especially the first time you do it).

I picked up a few skylight manuals but hadn’t heard of this brand.
