@Rodney Kuhl the only way I would take this on is if they put down 2-3 times the security deposit AND their current residence passes Mike Butler's "bologna sandwhich" test.

The problem is the open space around the top of the plastic allowed radon to seep in the home when there was dry conditions when the system did not need to run, A test was done when it rained and the sump worked NO radon.
