Moral of the story is ask questions but more importantly listen!

Adding a washer/dryer is a pretty inexpensive boost.

We are looking to find PM's (or any partner) that has our ethics, morals and values and align their interests with ours.

Moral to the story:  Check all lawyer reviews before hiring one.

Morally i'm ok with saying that although legally i'm not sure how it would play out as its linked to what she is saying could be trace mold in the home.

Moral of story here is month to month leases give the landlord the much needed power to adjust the property for rent increases and lease non-renewal.This renter's lease is valid, can be transferred to new owner, you can ask him and negoiate a lease buyout,, would be in his favor.

We have a property management company that manages multiple buildings and this was just a way to boost moral with the change.

But I'm not here to rehash the morals of equality of support.BUT.... for my buildings in A and B areas in Brooklyn, just like in 9/11....

I've worked very hard to boost the cash flow on my existing CA rental properties with careful analysis for annual rent increases and hard line expense minimization, and it has helped a lot.

If so...cmon man....guy does all that in 6 months and you want to boost by 300-400 because now it looks nice?
