BOOM!

I am going to make this short and sweet.I turned my primary residence into an STR in the heart of the boom.

The economy is growing, the realestate market is booming, and more tourist are moving and visiting the country on a daily basis, so where the economy is growing as an investor I am trying to get a piece of the action. 

The problem is the curriculum never taught what money is, the history, practical application, and how the flow of money (currency) & regulation of the financial system can be used to manipulate the value of assets causing more violent boom/bust cycles than if it was left to a more lassez faire type market.

My own two cents on this topic is that recently the stock market has been wobbling while the economy is booming.

Unless it was in the middle of a booming city.

Also tourism industry would be more booming as it's being hunted by two generations (baby boomers and GenZ).
