I don't know, just speculating on what I see.I've seen some landlords asking NYC level rents for 2 bed apartments, just to recoup their money in Newburgh, and getting laughed off of Facebook.Glad I didn't throw money into that pit of despairAnd for good measure - the government is populated by commie thugshttps://midhudsonnews.com/2020/02/21/newburgh-city-councilman-at-large-goes-off-on-police-officers-during-traffic-stop-watch-body-cam-video/

The kilz 2 is indeed a joke, cheap and works "ok" as basic primer but does NOT stain block at all, in fact I talked to a kilz rep at one of HD's trade luncheons and he said that you need to use either premium or oil based to kill stains, pretty misleading advertising kilz 2 as stain blocking then saying it wont, you need to spend more money to do that....Kilz 2 sprays ok being thin and at times we will do that for basic primer coverage. ( not stains or fresh drywall )The oil based is phenomenal ( besides the stink ) it covers everything and can also be used to encapsulate smells.
