Smells kind of fishy to me. 

And like some body-snacher flick this parasite has taken over the "wholesaler" space all but totally, zombified creature feeding on your capital vs brains although they do consume a considerable amount of ones patience as well.

In the mind of the greedy and predatory operator, the cheat, the scammer, they believe they hit a home run, many don't even realize they are screwing someone, those that have an ethical bone in their body chose to justify the deal as good business.

The kilz 2 is indeed a joke, cheap and works "ok" as basic primer but does NOT stain block at all, in fact I talked to a kilz rep at one of HD's trade luncheons and he said that you need to use either premium or oil based to kill stains, pretty misleading advertising kilz 2 as stain blocking then saying it wont, you need to spend more money to do that....Kilz 2 sprays ok being thin and at times we will do that for basic primer coverage. ( not stains or fresh drywall )The oil based is phenomenal ( besides the stink ) it covers everything and can also be used to encapsulate smells.

Do I just wait until the day he moves out and subtract from his security deposit any costs that occur due to cigarette smell in the house, if there is any?
